Tamara Güçlü is a Berlin-based host and journalist with over a decade of experience across media, music, and culture.

She began her career writing about concerts and cultural trends before studying journalism, political science, and Spanish, which led to editorial roles at Noisey/Vice and her own radio show “Gü Unit” on BOOM FM. There, she interviewed key voices from the German rap scene and beyond, later expanding into on-camera work with formats like ARTE Tracksplorer.

Since 2022, she has established herself as a versatile moderator, hosting panels, album listening sessions, award ceremonies (PopNRW prize, Listen to Berlin-awards), major live events, including the UEFA EURO 2024 fan zone in Berlin, ARTE Concert's format “Chat with a DJ” alongside Josi Miller and Spotify’s All Music Friday Summit. 

Apart from her media career, she releases music under the artist project TAM. Since her debut single “why you wanna” in 2021, she has dropped four EPs, including “Reflections” (2023) as well as “New Me/ Own Lane” (2025). Blending neo-soul, R&B, and hip-hop with introspective storytelling, she is currently working on her debut album “don’t forget to breathe.”
 

She also serves as chair of the artist funding jury at Initiative Musik and is a volunteer values ambassador for the German Dream initiative.
